The following is a collection of some of our most popular questions. All questions may not apply to you, as WTS handles customer service for many sites.


Who is WTS and what service do you provide?

WTS (Web Transaction Services, Inc.) is the billing agent for 1000's of websites. Purchases made through Web Transaction Services will reflect WTS and we handle most billing and cancellation inquiries.


I have forgotten my username and/or password. Can you help me?

You will need to contact the WebSite directly or visit our online password utility. If you use the password utility, your username / password will be emailed to you. This means you had to have entered a valid email address when you joined as this is the address we will be sending it to!

The webmaster or support department for each site WTS transacts for has the ability to locate your account, confirm that you are an active member and activate or de-activate your username and password. Their email address can be obtained from the email confirmation you received or on their WebSite.



I have more than one charge for Web Transaction Services on my statement during the same period. How could this be?

Multiple charges can be one of two things: you joined more than one web site processing with Web Transaction Services or you joined the same site more than once. 

Please send an email to customerservice@achbill.com and we will look into it and notify you of our findings and actions.  Don't forget to provide as much of the following information as possible so we can locate your account immediately.  It may also be necessary to fax your statement with the duplicate charges circled to 512-462-0151.

If I register for a discounted trial, how can I sign up for a monthly subscription?

Most WebSites take the hassle out of re-registering by using opt-out membership plans. This means you MUST decide when you no longer want to maintain your subscription and once you have met the terms and conditions for your particular membership, you may cancel your subscription at any time. 

Cancelling your subscription is very easy. You can cancel at anytime and retain your access until the end of the billing period when your username and password will be automatically deleted.


How can I cancel a subscription when I no longer use it?
